Environmental Review

We know the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) like few others. We primarily focus our CEQA (and sometimes NEPA) skills on infill and transit projects, but the depth and breadth of our experience is significant (no pun intended). At the program and the project level, we focus on defining the project in a way that will maximize the level of CEQA review while also allowing flexibility for the plan or project to evolve. We specialize in finding legally-defensible and streamlined CEQA approaches based on each project’s unique characteristics.
