The project includes reuse of a parking lot to develop a 43-unit multifamily residential building and a single family home, a club expansion, and various site improvements. The project’s proximity to the historic Claremont Hotel has led to a high level of public scrutiny, and the EIR analysis has centered on the potential visual and historic issues associated with the project. To make the EIR process run smoothly, Urban Planning Partners has:
