Eliana Thompson
Planning Intern
An Oakland native, Eliana’s passion for urban planning was inspired by cities around the world modeling successful social housing, transportation systems, and sustainable design. With minors in Community Development and Sustainability in the Built Environment from UC Davis, she is passionate about making the Bay Area more livable, equitable, and sustainable for current and future generations.
Eliana supports UPP’s planning work in addition to her role as Marketing Coordinator. In her free time, you can find her volunteering for City Slicker Farms in West Oakland, climbing at Indian Rock or a local gym, or exploring the regional parks.
