Hannah has over 13 years of professional experience in environmental and urban planning and five
years of experience in the biotech industry. She has a diverse breadth of experience including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, current planning and development review, environmental construction compliance, and hazard mitigation planning. Her strengths include working with diverse clients and team members.
Hannah has a proven track record managing and supporting program-level and project-level environmental reviews for infrastructure and utilities projects, mixed-use transit oriented development, residential and commercial infill development, transportation projects, and specific plans, general plans, and resource management plans. She is currently serving as the project panager for the Bart to Livermore Extension Project EIR and recently served as the project manager for a number of CEQA projects in Oakland and
Hannah's technical expertise includes land use planning and policy. She has contributed to specific plans and zoning ordinances and is well-versed in local land use regulations. She also brings experience in hazard mitigation planning for coastal areas, having served as a State liaison in North Carolina between FEMA and local jurisdictions to facilitate federal approval of hazard mitigation plans.
